If you're running a residential, commercial or government project with vinyl or LVT going down, ResiLoop gives you a free, scheme-backed way to keep clean installation offcuts out of landfill. Your role is to flag the project early, set the expectation with your flooring contractor, and — if you need material reporting for sustainability targets — ask for offcuts to be tracked through the ResiLoop App. Here's what to ask for, and what to expect in return.
As a flooring contractor, you're the hub of the ResiLoop process. Your depot becomes a registered Collection Point at no cost, we supply the bags and the bin, and you brief your floor layers on what's in and out. When the bin's full, book a free pickup through the ResiLoop App. This guide covers the set-up, the quality requirements, and a quick project checklist.
On site it's simple: lay the floor, bag the clean offcuts in the right ResiLoop bag, and take the bags back to your depot — not the site skip. Your flooring contractor fills out the brief below before you start, so you know exactly which products and areas are in scope.
