Roll End Collections

ResiLoop runs Roll End Collection rounds periodically (often twice per year), subject to logistics, demand and program capacity.

In some cases, we may also be able to arrange ad-hoc collections outside of scheduled runs, where volumes, location and logistics allow.
To hear when the next scheduled round is coming up, follow ResiLoop on Instagram or LinkedIn — we’ll post updates when collection runs open.

How it works
  1. Submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) - see below.
  2. ResiLoop will review your request and confirm whether the roll ends are eligible.
  3. If approved, we’ll respond with next steps and an indicative pickup window.
Submitting an EOI does not guarantee pickup — all requests are assessed and approved by ResiLoop prior to collection.

Eligibility requirementsTo be accepted, roll ends must meet all of the following:
  • ResiLoop Member products only, manufactured post-2015 (see Member list).
  • No safety flooring.
  • No vinyl with attached backing.
  • Each roll must weigh less than 20 kg and be safely handled. Larger rolls must be cut down to size.
  • Cardboard cores must be removed prior to pickup.
If you’re unsure about a material, include your question in the form comments, or contact us at [email protected].

Exception option (handling fee applies) - If you cannot prepare roll ends in line with the 20 kg limit and core removal requirements, we may be able to collect them as-is, subject to review, for a fee (approx $300 per tonne).
