​After starting her career in finance, Sophi followed her curiosity to understand how to embed environmental sustainability in business. Qualifying as an environmental scientist in Australia in the 1990s, she spent over 20 years in industry implementing strategies to drive sustainability, producer responsibility and transformation across supply chains. In 2023, she was recognised as a Product Stewardship Champion by Australia’s Product Stewardship Centre of Excellence.

Bec Breheny has an extensive background in operations and marketing for startups, bringing valuable knowledge and a fresh perspective to ResiLoop. Her passion for sustainability and collaboration aligns with the goals set by our members, and her expertise will help build momentum and develop essential systems and partnerships to operate the Scheme effectively, advancing a circular future for resilient floorcoverings in Australia.

Ross brings extensive experience across logistics and distribution, with senior roles in retail, software, food & beverage, and warehousing. He most recently coordinated reverse logistics for the Big Bag Recovery program. Ross is known for his practical, solutions-oriented mindset and a strong focus on customer service. He plays a key role in helping ResiLoop expand a reliable national collection network for resilient floorcoverings.
