Offcut Criteria

What Products Do We Collect?
 Installation Offcuts only from ​ResiLoop Members products (see footer below*) in these categories:
✓  Luxury Vinyl Tiles/Planks (LVT)
✓  Homogeneous sheet vinyl (HO)
 ✓  Non-textile-backed Heterogeneous sheet vinyl (HE)
NO hybrid/rigid core/modular tiles, safety flooring, textile-backed, acoustic or foam-backed, or woven vinyl products can be included
NO packaging, adhesive, accessories, metals
NO rubbish


​Bag offcuts in Product Type Bags  (HE, HO, LVT).
Cut large pieces to reduce size.


*Altro's safety flooring and Bolon's woven vinyl products can't be collected yet, but these suppliers are helping to fund the future of recycling through R&D investment contribution

✓  Type I and Type II non-textile backed vinyl sheet products complying with ISO standards 1058 (homogenous vinyl flooring ie. Minimum binder content of >35% by weight ) and 1058 (heterogenous vinyl flooring i.e Minimum binder content in the wear layer of >30% by weight ) 

✓  LVT/P
✓  Phthalate-free
✓  REACH compliant


Not Acceptable
​​NO ISO classified Type III sheet products (binder content < 35% in Ho and < 30% in He products)
NO LVT with high glass fibre content >2% bw
NO Phthalate plasticised material
NO Textile, felt, cushion/foamed or cork backed products 
NO CPVC binder content
NO Aluminium trioxide, carborundum, quartz > 0.1%bw (Safety floor)
NO Polyethylene Terephthalate PET >0.01%bw
NO Lead-based heat stabilisers
NO Non-vinyl floor coverings
