Welcoming our new Operations Manager, Thao Du

Thao Du joins ResiLoop as Operations Manager, a newly created role to lead the expansion of collections. With ResiLoop now operating across four states, Thao will focus on matching supply and demand for material across the network and proactively supporting Collection Points to recover more flooring from the waste stream. She steps into the role following the completion of Ross Mackinlay's contract as Logistics Coordinator, and we thank Ross for his contribution over the past year.

Thao brings over 8 years of experience supporting the delivery and growth of national sustainability initiatives, including product stewardship schemes for e-waste and paper cups. She looks forward to applying her operational and logistical knowledge to help ResiLoop build a reliable national collection network for the resilient floorcoverings industry.
