ResiLoop x eLoop Onsite Pickup Trial

Picture
eLoop Solutions is a national transport company specialising in reverse logistics to enable the collection and aggregation of materials that can be recycled, repurposed and reused.
ResiLoop is offering onsite collection for floor layers, through collaboration with eLoop. Instead of transporting materials to a registered ResiLoop collection point, floor layers can have bagged offcuts picked up directly from the job site for a small collection fee.
Simply tell us about your project, nominate your collection method and we’ll contact you to make the arrangements.

Proposed Work-Flow
  1. Project Nomination: When tendering for a contract, the builder/floor layer submits a ResiLoop Project Application Form (www.jotform.com/form/250828322245050), nominating the "Onsite Pickup Service" as the preferred collection method. This form includes site details, project timelines, product details, installation size, and an estimated collection date.
  2. Project Activation: ResiLoop reviews the nomination and, if necessary, provides the floor layer with the estimated number of collection bags required for the project.
  3. Invoicing & Payment: ResiLoop issues an invoice for the onsite pickup service, which must be paid before the collection occurs.
  4. Pre-Pickup Confirmation: The week before the estimated pickup date, ResiLoop contacts the floor layer to confirm the pickup details and ensure the collection is ready to proceed.
  5. Scheduling & Booking: ResiLoop coordinates with eLoop to schedule the collection.
  6. Pickup Notification: eLoop provides the floor layer with a confirmed collection day and estimated time window.
  7. Collection & Processing: eLoop collects the materials from the nominated collection site, returning collected materials to the state depot for consolidation and onforwarding to recycling facility.

Service Details
  • Pricing For information on pricing and breakdown of fees please contact our team.
  • Invoicing and Payment All bookings must be confirmed and paid for in advance. An invoice will be issued, and payment is required prior to any collection taking place.
  • Booking Cut-offs All collection bookings for the following week must be submitted by close of business Thursday to allow for scheduling and proper coordination.
  • Responsibility for Pickup Accessibility It is the responsibility of the party requesting the pickup to ensure that the bags of collected offcuts are accessible and ready for collection at the agreed time. Failure to meet these requirements may result in futile collection charges.
  • Futile Collection Charges If a collection is unsuccessful and the requesting party is deemed to be at fault (e.g., materials are not ready for pickup, unable to gain access to site, bags overfilled), the requesting party will still be responsible for any associated futile collection charges and no refund will be provided. Should a follow-up pickup be required, it will be considered a new request and charged separately.
