Collection Process for Floorlayers

When you're on site
If you are on-site installing resilient floorcoverings, follow this guide to get the best results for keeping flooring waste out of landfill and reducing disposal costs.
Please place ONLY installation off-cuts and new, unused product of the vinyl material specified on the bag -  HE (Heterogeneous) sheet, HO (Homogeneous) sheet or LVT (or planks) - in the ResiLoop bags.

Follow the bag labels for DO’s and DON’Ts

DO NOT add any other waste materials to these bags – no packaging, adhesive, accessories, metals etc - as this contaminates the bag, makes the waste un-recyclable and incurs a disposal cost.
Picture
Cut very large pieces of flooring to reduce size so as to fit in the bag more efficiently.

Return bags to the Collection Point at the most suitable and convenient time. Please do not leave bags on site unless requested by your contractor.

Use the ResiLoop app to check-in the bags.  Simply nominate the type of offcut material - HE, HO or LVT -and how many bags of each type.
visit our collectors resource hub for more information
IF IN DOUBT, LEAVE IT OUT!

Bags containing mixed products or contamination will be noted and the disposal costs charged back to the contractor or retailer.
If you have any questions or doubts whilst on-site, contact [email protected] or don't bag it to avoid any contamination issues.

Thank you for supporting this scheme. You are helping to address a major waste issue!
If you would like to give us feedback on how to improve the process, please email [email protected].
