Partnering with ResiLoop

Building and demolition materials are the second largest contributors to landfill in Australia, wasting a significant amount of resources. We've estimated that 60,000 tonnes of resilient floorcovering waste ends up in Australian landfills every year, generated from commercial and residential buildings, from uplifting and replacing floorcoverings. The process of installing new flooring generates an estimated 9,000 tonnes of waste material, product that has never even been walked on!

By working collectively, ResiLoop is starting to recover this floorcovering waste, reducing disposal costs & supporting the sector in meeting sustainability and waste diversion targets. The recovered materials can be sent for recycling locally, reducing the use of virgin materials and lowering the carbon footprint of new products.

If you are working in the construction sector - whether commercial or residential, fit-out / refurbishment, or pre-fabrication, we want to collaborate with you!

Why partner with ResiLoop?
  • Meet higher landfill diversion targets
  • Lower landfill disposal costs
  • Track your impact (project data collected in our portal)
  • Meet corporate sustainability targets
  • Improve compliance with green building certifications
  • Lead the way in responsible construction waste management
  • Align with circular economy principles
  • Why not?!
How you can get involved
  1. Your specifications – choose ResiLoop Member products
  2. Tenders and Scopes of Work – require flooring contractors to take responsibility for waste, eg to engage in ResiLoop
  3. Talk to us about creating a Project Partnership so we can coordinate collections from your site and report data. Please fill out your project details here https://www.jotform.com/form/250828322245050
